| “Enroll sarah@example.com in the onboarding sequence” | Adds a recipient |
| “Import this CSV of leads into my outreach sequence” | Bulk enrollment |
| “How is my outreach sequence performing?” | Shows analytics (sent, replied, bounced) |
| “Pause all enrollments in the sales sequence” | Suspends a campaign |
Configuration
- Configurable delays between steps
- Exit-on-reply stops the sequence when someone responds
- Supports bulk import from CSV/TSV
- Analytics track sent, replied, and bounced rates
Tips & gotchas
- Auto-stop on reply. Sequences automatically stop when someone replies — you won't keep emailing someone who already responded.
- Bulk import. Bulk import supports CSV and TSV formats.
- Step delays. Each step has configurable delay (e.g., 2 days after step 1, 5 days after step 2).
- Analytics. Use analytics to see what's working and adjust your approach.
